Pictures taken with a disposable camera - the reason for the rich colour, light centres and dark edges. The amount of sunshine and the number people about, including drinking "al fresco," on the 1st of January was quite amazing. No, it wasn't HOT but it was a pleasantly warm, fresh sunny day.
