Maritime Woodbridge, Riverside area, Woodbridge - 2010 will be themed 'The Normans'.

There will be a replica Norman boat and re-enactments, a replica of the Bayeux Tapestry (by local schools) plus lectures on the Normans by noted historian Dr Sam Newton. There will be traditional wooden boats in the town's docks, including Thames Barges and other East Coast classics, shanty singers and a coracle pond where children young and old will be able to try their skills. There will be a large exhibition and a live nautical music, song and dance concert --come along and join in.
