Woodbridge Annual Christmas Street Fair, Thoroughfare & Cumberland St, Woodbridge
The Woodbridge Christmas Street Fair will take place on Sunday 5 December 10am to 4pm. Organiser Tim Fincham says “The event has been running for over 20 years and it keeps getting bigger and better. This year we’re expecting over 100 stalls with an amazing range of festive gift ideas and tempting treats. There will be home-made food, hand-made Christmas cards, festive wreaths and sparkling decorations, plus jewellery, toys and gorgeous gifts and there’s free entertainment.”
Father Christmas will be at the Street Fair between 12 noon and 2pm. His helpers from The Hearing Care Centre will be handing out sweets and collecting donations for the EACH Treehouse Appeal. Molly Dancers will perform and there will be a Punch & Judy show in Gobbitt’s Yard (off the Thoroughfare) with performances from 10.15am onwards. The Christmas Street Fair takes place along Thoroughfare and has become so popular that it now extends into Cumberland Street. FREE parking will be available at SCDC’s Melton Hill car park IP12 1AU.
