The reasons for requiring you to use this form are to ensure that everybody gets a similar advertisement, without corporate press releases grabbing more space, etc. and to provide consistency in the appearance (which helps website visitors) and to allow speedy copy/paste of the information (which helps me - it's all done manually).

- Events must occur in Suffolk, or support a Suffolk organisation.
- Events must be dated at least eight days hence. Ads nearer the date will be ignored.
- Email address will be published unless you request otherwise.
- Email addresses can be 'harvested' from websites, especially those with "mailto:" links.
- Do not write ALL IN CAPITALS for ANY part of the message. If you do, your event will be ignored.
- Event advertising may be refused entirely at the discretion of Linn Barringer Ltd.
- So that everybody can benefit from this service, your email address will be added to an email list that is used to promote events and/or services in Woodbridge and the surrounding area.
- You may unsubscribe at any time but if you do, your advertising will be removed - the idea is to help everybody reach more people.
